For over a year now we have been dreaming about becoming tea farmers... sounds strange, I know, but it's true. Our dream is to have a completely Eco-friendly, self sustainable farm that produces tea brands endemic to South Africa, primarily Rooibos, Honeybush and Buchu teas.
We launched our Etsy Shop, to test the market, and to test how we feel about the prospect of becoming tea farmers. So far we love it, and have become even more determined to have our farming dreams come true. Currently we are sourcing teas from local farmers to fulfill our orders, but ultimately we would really love to grow the teas ourselves. This way we can ensure they are 100% organic and chemical free.
To get us to the next step of our dreams, we have decided to launch an Indiegogo campaign.
