The Wicca Series Newsletter May 2012 Finally we may begin to feel as if we are getting a chance to settle into this year as some of the chaotic energy generated over the past few months begins to fade away, only to be surprised at how close we already are to being half way through 2012. Instead of letting the mid-year panic take over, spend the next month grabbing life by the hands and living each moment. What I mean by this is not to run around as if it is the last day of earth but rather, when you find yourself in a moment of worry or listening to the busyness of your mind, stop and take a deep breath. Push your thoughts aside for a little while and actually take notice of your environment in that moment. You might see something small such as a flower or insect, or take time to watch the sunset and just let that moment be absorbed into your being. When we spend time finding a little peace, all the big going-ons in our lives might not seem so harsh. So take a moment as many times a day as you can, sit quietly and enjoy it, recharge your batteries before going out to face the world again.
